Erasmus+ Travel and Accomodation Grant
Each year, 15 grants are available for students studying at the partner universities. The grant is a fixed amount that is reimbursed to the TECTU grant recipient after the summer school. The grant is intended to cover part of or all of the travel and accommodation expenses related to the summer school.
Eligibility
To be an eligible grant applicant, students/researchers/academics must either study or work at one of the project's partner universities. When applying for the grant, please indicate that in the letter of motivation.
Terms for receiving the grant
Grant recipients are required to attend all five days of the summer school. After the program, they must submit receipts for travel and accommodation expenses. Reimbursement will then be processed up to the maximum grant amount allocated to their university (listed below). Please note: if your expenses exceed the allocated grant amount, reimbursement will be limited to the grant amount listed. If your expenses are below the grant amount, you will be reimbursed only for the actual amount spent.
The amount
The grant amount depends on the distance from the summer school location. The grant amounts for each grant recipient from each partner university for TECTU 2025 are as follows:
Aarhus University: 625 €
University of Bielefeld: /
University of Groningen: 625 €
University of Iceland: 775 €
University of St. Gallen: 705 €
Technion - Israel Institute of Technology: 930 €
